100% do not recommend. They ownerr refused to use a 3rd party vendor pass weve used in the pass with them just fine and my family and i drove up from okc to tulsa. It was already a super sad visit because we came to visit deathly sick family and the owner just flat out refused ro acknowledge the passes. I reached out to the passes and they say also they should still have legitimate entry. Very disappointed on how the owner proceeds with customer relations.

I actually didn't mention the name of the pass in my OG post so that tells me you the owner remember who we are and if that's the case you remember also my husband and I both tried to get you to help and you did not budge at all. I was on the phone with get out pass for quite a while to try to iron out the issues and even when my husband visited In person to show you it shows our passes were still legit and usable you never acknowledged them and still sent us away. The experience itself was fun, but the staff’s behavior really threw us off. It was our first time ever visiting a smash room, and when my niece, nephew, and I had trouble figuring out how to put on the safety helmets, the staff acted like we were being difficult or clueless on purpose. They seemed visibly annoyed and talked to us in a really condescending way, as if this was something we should already know how to do. It was genuinely uncomfortable — almost like we were an inconvenience just for not being familiar with the process.

It’s a place meant for people to try something new, right? So the lack of patience or basic friendliness was honestly kind of bizarre. That part definitely left a weird impression.

On the plus side, I actually think the pricing is fair — I saw some other reviews complaining about cost, but for the experience, it seemed reasonable to me.

Just a heads-up: their website doesn’t explain much at all, so if you decide to go, it’s probably a good idea to call ahead and ask questions beforehand. Don’t expect clear instructions once you’re there.

Not impressed. Rooms were too small and messy, previously broken things were just swept to the side. Not near enough stuff to break with the large party group and only small items. Way way too expensive! $25 extra bucks on top the package price just to break a few extra small things that were in the small room, we had to be careful not to break too much in order to not get charged an outrageous amount.
