I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! I am on a road trip across the country, living out of my van. I took a side trip to Alaska and came back to Washington with about 100 lbs of salmon, halibut, and lingcod. I contacted FedEx and was given bad information regarding what they could help me with, who could handle dry ice etc. Leaving me with trying to keep all this fish frozen. I was researching places to take some of my fish to be smoked. After talking with Jay who explained the whole process I took him my coho salmon to be smoked. While there I spoke with Angie and saw shipping coolers. So I asked if they could ship my frozen fish. Angie said yes and again explained their process. So we shipped 3 boxes of frozen fish and then when the salmon was done being smoked we also shipped 3 boxes of smoked salmon. These folks really know what they are doing, are very professional and I wasn’t expecting it but all for about 2/3rds the $$$ that FedEx wanted to charge me.
