I had a very strange experience at Bliss. I wanted to know if I could get a refund and the manager gave me a 20 minute lecture over the phone about small businesses in Tupelo. She said âIt floors me when people ask for a refundâ numerous times. I apologized 5 times for even asking, but that wasnât enough. She wanted to teach me about âright and wrong.â I told her âitâs okay if you just say ânoââ She didnât like that either. As a customer, I donât like being yelled at or given lectures over the phone.
