Visited 1/6/2023. No one spoke to any customer when they entered the store. I went to check out, young guy didn’t even say hello even after I spoke. Just rung me up and told me my total. I should’ve left the merchandise there but I didn’t want to make another stop. It was my first visit and last visit. Terrible customer service. Two stars bc they have a very diverse selection of wines that I usually have to go from one store to another to get...

I'm always greeted and made to feel welcome as soon as I walk in. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I usually can find when I'm looking for and if I can't, they are super helpful.
