Huge selection ! Went there first, than 5 other places looking for couches. Should of just bought what I saw first, at Kelsey's. Wonderful Becky, no pushing to buy. But they had what I wanted. Will definitely be buying more to add on to my first piece. And the prices, choices of material and colors made it easy to get what I wanted. Yes, there will be a wait, due to covid. But well worth the wait to get exactly what I want at a Great Price. Also what I appreciated is Becky took the time to find us Exactly what I wanted. We stopped in for the first time today and picked up a lovely accent chair. They have a wide selection and you can buy off the floor which is convenient, especially with long lead times on furniture these days. They have lots of inventory spread out among two buildings, so be ready to do some walking. The only complaint that I have is we felt a bit rushed. We were in around 3:30 on a Saturday (they close at 5) and picked out a chair within 15 minutes of being there, but needed to pull our truck around quickly because they would not have staff available for long to wrap it and take it to our truck. Kelseys Furniture is the best of the best. I walked in right before closing and had EXCELLENT customer service I was directed to the type of sectional I was looking for picked it out in 5 minutes. It was exactly what I wanted an was in stock. The price was cheaper than the big box store I had looked at with bad customer service and it even had a feature I wanted and couldn’t find.
