Open daily. During weekdays: 600-800, 1100-1300, and 1600-1800. Weekends and holidays: 800-1100, and 1500-1700. There's also a sub line for the Marine on the go. The food choice is ok sometimes, I mean you can eat so much variety of chicken, beef, and fish in a week, but sometimes they do have especial menus like Mongolian food and taco Thursdays, which is nice. Keeps me coming back for more. Few things they can improve on: Create a separate line for paying customers. Depending on the cashier, the line slows down for a few minutes up to 30 mins, leaving those that have a meal plan just standing there waiting for the transaction to process. Some Marines don't have the luxury of waiting around because they have to go back to work. Extending the chowhall hours by one hour during the weekends. Have the chowhall stay open until 1200 for brunch, and 1800 for dinner. Gives the Marines more time to eat. -Dessert quality during weekends. I don't know why but getting a dessert on the weekends is a hit and miss because sometimes they are good, or they are hard and stale. It doesn't happen during the weekdays though.
Overall this is the best chowhall on base IMO. Most of the food is nutritious, staff is nice, and the building doesn't look like it was...

The people who work there never give you attitude which is a guarantee at Littleton, but the food is good and the lines are for the most part short when I go. If I had to say something, I wish they had more workers on the line. They will have one person running an entire line by herself so she serves the food and replaces it. Doing all of that by herself makes lines backup quick, but nothing compared...
