Staff is nice, one of the only sit down places left it seems. Not gonna lie though I am not a big fan of the food. It's not that it doesn't taste good I just think they charge too much for food you basically get at like a bowling alley. Ate the chicken and waffles for lunch today. The waiter didn't take our order until after 15 minutes. When the food finally came, I was disappointed. The waffles were cold. The chicken was dry, lacked flavor, and didn't seem fresh. I told the manager on duty, but the response was "everybody loves the chicken and waffles." The food is decent but overpriced and every once in a while I have been served bad food. E.g, I had the buffalo chicken salad and one of the chicken strips was too tough to eat and discolored. The other strip was fine and my friend’s buffalo chicken wrap was also fine. The daily specials are also pretty good and it doesn’t usually take too long to get your food.
