Terrible, rude service from Hector!!! We are visiting from out of the country and were trying to help out a group of motorcyclists visiting from italy that barely spoke english when they had a broken part on their bike. they didn’t even want a repair they just needed to keep the part somewhere while they got roadside assistance. When we looked up a motorcycle place, Zero Ground was the closest to us. when we showed up the worker told us that they didn’t do motorcycles, and that’s fair, it’s not his fault the search result lead us there. but all he wanted us to do was get lost. he told us to park somewhere else while we figured out a plan because “it made the business look bad”….sorry but there was no one else at this establishment, it looked messy and rundown, and i don’t think a tesla and four harley davidsons parked out front isn’t going to make your business look any worse. he could obviously tell we needed help but didn’t offer any, he just sat there and told the motorcyclists that barely spoke english to start their bikes and leave. when we asked questions like if he knew somewhere nearby he didn’t even attempt to assist. when i asked for his name he didn’t want to give it, but i just looked at the name on his uniform. if you need assistance in 29 Palms,...

Went to price some speakers and system but someone was outside and they wasn't open the person watching the camera was rude to the person I was speaking with about it I'm positive I won't be going there and getting my system hooked up I'll go down the hill where they have real auto technicians and not some dope feen who didn't graduate college... but good luck to anyone who goes there asking questions about prices I say ff em...
