FEB 2 2018 Okay so I just got back from The Lab on fleishel Ave. LET ME TELL YOU the woman who "assisted" me with my test was horribly rude. Made comments on my clothes, I was wearing shorts and a top on a chilly day. But I've been sick and warm so it didn't feel bad. This lady had the audacity to ask me where my clothes are. Where are your people skills?

Not only that, while being rude and almost assuimg I'm a drug addict since I was going in for a test, she was unorganized. She was all over the place, had a better than you attitude. Asked for my ID then gave it back and then wanted it again, and then sent me to the restroom and when I tried explaining she hadn't given me the cup, she cut me off and pointed to the door and said "GO COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE" So I nervously walked to the door and ONLY THEN did she decide to give me my cup.

The whole thing was grossly unprofessional. Treating people like they're drug addicts when doing a maditory drug test for work ISNT alright.

Worst customer service and unable to get lab results from August. We were referred there by my OB doctor for a semen analysis. We called and made the appointment and the day we showed up we waited for almost 2 hours before Todd showed up for my husband to be able to collect the specimen …. We were told we would have the results typed up in a report the next morning …. I have called his office and talked to 5 different people over the last month and no one can get me to him or find the test results … I have called his personal cell phone multiple times and can not get him to answer. So it’s now been a month and I was waiting on the results to decide what kind of surgery I was going to have and now surgery is booked out until after the first of the year and I still have no results to be able to get the surgery scheduled. I am not happy with his office at all! I definitely would NOT recommend The LAB in Tyler ...

Was told to schedule an appointment for my husband to have a semen analysis done… called, scheduled it, completed the appointment but never got results. Called back 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get results and they promised results on a Thursday. Thursday came and went and still no results so I called them back. Come to find out the tech who does the testing didn’t come to work on the day of my husband’s appointment so his sample expired and was NEVER TESTED. They told me to reschedule another appointment so we did but was told to confirm that appointment before he comes to the lab to make sure the tech will be there that day…. Well they won’t answer their phone and I don’t want my husband driving 2 hours round trip just for them to drop the ball again. I’m beyond frustrated. Worst customer service I’ve ever...
