Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Tyler

This Papa John's is amazing. The food is so good, we drive an hour, one way, just to grab a "pick up" order. We have always been satisfied to the highest extent. The food is always super fresh and made exactly how we ordered it. I always order a 5 extra pepperonccine peppers and they make a point to give me a huge amount (way more than 5, closer to 25!)

The employees are very kind and professional. We eat here at least 3-4 times a month. (Don't judge me lol, that's almost 8 hours of driving and at least $200.00 maybe I need to eat at home more often)😊

The place is always clean, they seal your box after they put the food in it, so it is contactless. There isn't a better pizza out there. Their Papadia is divine. The only complaint I can think of is they only allow 3 toppings on some menu items. I would highly recommend...

The First And last Time Worst Experience Service on store 631 Tyler Like a hell So Stupid Staff she told me the wrong Address to order it for carry out at 10:30 pm then I wait 10 minutes and she didn’t get my order on her screen so she see my phone and she said she don’t know why it’s not coming on her screen than I call on the number of that address and they said it’s a different store than it takes 15 minutes to talk with them on phone to make a refund after that when I put my card details again to order it on the right address she start saying you can’t order it it’s 11 pm now we’re closed I mean She even Didn’t apologize after that she waste my time And Mis guide me because she don’t want to work she don’t want to make Pizza before 30 minutes closing time...

While everything was worth five stars, I do have a comment about the shift lead/manager.

I picked up my pizza at about 6:45pm today and had paid online. I realized at the counter I'd forgotten to get two garlic sauces, so I said I'd go get my wallet, but the kid at the counter said don't worry about it. As soon as he said that the woman, who I can only assume is manager/shift lead, reprimanded him with a very rude tone that was not professional at all, much less in front of customers. I went to get my wallet bc I know they should be paid for, but I feel bad for that kid and think she should learn how to speak to her employees, especially in front...
