if i could give it negative 5 stars i would. I personally saw how the owner spoke so rudely to a customer and chose the grooms color w/o cust. knowledge. Stood there and lied to that customer and not once accepted accountability for her or employees actions. Had i been the groom and handed a wrinkled tux straight out of the shipping box and wrong color, id be pissed just like he was. And the same way Nico spoke to that groom was how she tried to do the same to me. As if that wasn't bad enough she even had the audacity to tell him and i quote "what do you want from me that i can make it better, and no i wont give you a discount bc i wont make any money from you" (the wedding was that day) to top it off her employee was bad mouthing the groom in spanish to other customers and to myself. I don't like to be rude but she gave crappy cust service to me and my friend. she really tired to lie and say she called me but didn't have my number, either lost the order or misplaced, eventually placed it late and turns out the dress was no longer available. yes i received a refund but it was a hassle. Xpressions use to be a great place but now its overcrowded and gone...

Don't always trust bad reviews! This place was amazing! Extremely friendly and ready to help! My daughter picked out her dress. They treated her like a princess. We will be going back for the dresses for tbe damas. 10/10...
