I would like to cover three things in this review.
PROFESSIONALISM- First and foremost I intentionally drove 1&1/2 hours OUT OF MY WAY simply because (Jason Renfroe) our salesman who went above and beyond with his courtesies, rapid responses, knowledge, as well as being able to change direction, on a dime, to get us what we wanted. I can be a hard customer to deal with, always polite however I ask LOTS of questions. We're so thankful for his patience with us as brand new customers.
Secondly is VALUE. My wife and I purchased two 2025 Polaris Sportsman 570 ESP four wheelers. Jason Renfroe absolutely gave us the best deal out of everyone around. No one came close. We called so many places.
Third and, what I feel to be the most important, is being FAMILY ORIENTED! The kind smiles and very inviting greetings from the young ladies at the front desk were the very first things we observed in our experience. The second was the massive amount of inventory they have inside the, very clean store itself. Then we made it to Jason who treated us like people and not just another transaction. Every person in the front of that store treated us with kindness and respect. Finally the knowledgeable technicians in the service department who helped us understand how to keep them running smoothly for many, many years to come was fantastic.
Here is why I inserted the drive distance being out of my way. My wife and I decided on our first set of brand new four wheelers for our 10 year anniversary. We have BHoH in Jackson TN. Which is, quite literally, 10 minutes from my home. We drove the extra hour and twenty minutes out of our way simply because Jason Renfroe quoted me a price that blew BHoH out of the water. I called BHoH to see if they could come anywhere close because the guy seemed friendly the first time we spoke. The owner picked up the second time and everything went downhill from there. Instead of speaking to me like an OWNER should he transferred me and from there I was told "There's no way they could sell them for that price and that I was (FN) lying". I personally don't care about prices unless it is a substantial amount. Besides it being a substantial amount, I will never, ever, be back to BHoH in Jackson, TN simply due to the disrespect that I received as a former long time customer, veteran, and genuinely a give ya the shirt off my back type person. It wasn't the first rude experience I've had with them but, thanks to Interstate 69 Motorsports, it IS my last. I highly recommend shopping around, always.    Read moreThe price they offer is hard to beat!!!! But expect to spend more... 1- ran my credit more times than I authorized. On top of that, they ran it for about 5k more than I was needing with my trade in. There was a man that walked in eyeing the machine i had put a deposit on the day before. After being denied the loan through multiple banks( I said to only try one) I decided I would drive back home(3hrs away) and get the loan through my bank. I didn't have the time before they closed the day prior. So yes, thats my fault. About 2hrs after I left, I called I69 motorsports to tell them I was approved. Seth, the sale person I was working with said cool ( your lucky you put a deposit down,we had a repeat customer that just bought a sxs last week come in and had cash for the sxs your buying). I said yep, I wouldn't drive 3hrs and not have a deposit put down lol. Next day, I drove back down and bought the sxs no issue and even spent more on another warranty and windshield. Expect to bring your machine back if you have any small issues( big issues id understand) After spending 40k on a toy I'd hope it had the right amount of fluids in everything. This wasn't the case. The oil was almost a whole quart low. The steering wheel isn't straight going down the road. (They wouldn't have know unless they took it out above 40mph). I called and they wanted me to drive 3hrs up there. Obviously not worth it in gas money alone. I was in hopes that they would let the local polaris delar take a look at it and pay. I bought a warranty for a reason. And paid their set up fee... Fast forward to now, I get a letter confirming they ran my credit for way more than I was needing. Maybe that repeat customer was more important!!! I suppose im lucky that I was smart enough to put a hold deposit down. I would still buy from here but I dont appreciate how things...
   Read more** update to my original review. I am changing this from a 1 star to 3 stars. I69 reached out and corrected the misunderstanding on the restock fees and did refund us the remainder of what we had paid them. Stephanie was very nice to talk to and apologized for the misunderstanding of this situation.
My husband and I took our son's four wheeler in for repair. We were given an estimate for parts and labor. We started paying on the total so it would not be everything at once, and were told they would start ordering parts once we had paid enough into it for the parts costs. We were told late in 2023 that the parts were being ordered, however 5 pieces needed had a delay arrival of February 2024. No problem. February turned to March, March to April.. Now July.
We were told that the 5 pieces that had been delayed were still delayed, they were not able to get them. They sent me the part numbers that they were unable to find, I found them in less than 20 minutes!
Our service guy (who was great, not at all his fault) told us he didn't know when or if they would be able to get the parts in, if we wanted to pick up the four wheeler, they would refund the money because no work had ever been done.
After several calls over several days, we were finally told that the office would cut a check for the money we had paid towards the repair that was never started. My husband goes to get the check and I69 withheld almost $500 for 'restocking fees and an eval fee' - although we were told there would not be an eval fee.
I would not recommend them .. why do we have to pay a restock fee for parts that you chose not to put on our four wheeler? Very unhappy with their response to this situation since they were unable to...
