I drove two hours to pick up a Toro zero turn from this store because none of the closer stores had it in stock. I placed the order online and within a few minutes a gentleman called me and informed me that he went out to make sure everything worked good with the mower and found that it idled very rough, so he took $200 off for me. After my five-hour trip to get the mower and get back home, while looking it over and getting ready to unload it, I noticed that underneath the deck had old, dried grass stuck to it and the blades seemed to have chips in them (see pictures). The next morning, I called back up to the store to ask if there was anything that they could do being that they sold me a used mower as new, and was told by the manager (Kevin) that if the mower was returned to the store it would be marked down and sold as used, so it would have had to come from the manufacture like that and it was probably a test model. I proceeded to call the manufacture and ask if they could help me out at all, since they supposedly sent a used mower to a supplier to sell as new. They told me that they do not send test models to suppliers to be sold. I called back to the store and spoke with Kevin again and he said that he could give me $200 off if I drive back to the store, but if I want to go to a closer store, it would be up to them if I get anything back since it would be that store losing money. Basically, I paid $200 under the price of a brand-new mower for a used mower with unknown hours (since these mowers do not have factory hour meters). I would advise not buying a lawn mower from this store, especially if you have to drive any distance...
Read moreI normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!

Bought a generator because of storms and it never worked. Manager refused the return or exchange because he didn't know the return policy so I logged it home and contacted customer service. They authorized so I logged it back to the store and now they are refusing to refund, luckily I paid with PayPal so they are fighting to get me my money back.
I bought a battery from Imperial location and they said I could return core at any location. Being that Finnleyville was closest I tried and had all sorts of problems with them taking it back. They said I didn't buy it there so I couldn't get core charge back until I argued that I already vetted that when I bought the battery. They eventually made it work but I didn't appreciate having to argue with someone that should have known better.
