Me and my fiancé have been coming here since we moved out to Latrobe. It was literally the ONLY vape store we use. We have been saving our loyalty points since we started coming here so we could use them for something we needed. Well the other night our vape broke( I barely vape so I just use his when I want to) so we went to buy a new one and was pleased to be able to use the points towards our new piece. When we got home and used it, it wasn’t working right but since we went so late they were closed before we even got home. So he went in the morning to see what they could do. He was told they would exchange it but they were out of the one we had bought, which happens no biggie. But he was then told that our “Loyalty points” that we had used to begin with are now gone and can’t be used towards the exchange so we had to basically pay back the Loyalty Points that we had saved and used. That is by far the most f’d up loyalty system I have ever been apart of. Like because the vape I bought at your store was wonky, I now have to pay you back for any points? And he even asked like oh ok so how long until they get put back on my account? Cause he figured maybe because he exchanged and how the system works they’ll just go back on his account, which we could understand. This place is nice well organized and clean! I like supporting local businesses. Staff has been great. Annika was very nice helpful with out being pushy. She helped me explore outside the box and try something different. They have samples you can try for free to see if you like the vape. Prices are a bit high but so is everything else in the world today. I order most of my vapes online but I enjoy the hands on in and out experience. This will be my go to spot when I want to take a drive and pick up some vapes highly recommend. Thanks...
