A beautifully remodeled brick and mortar shop that has so much to offer. The interior is absolutely gorgeous with much of the original building remodeled or restored. The aesthetic will make you feel like you've walked into a magazine. You will find lots of pottery of course, but you'll also find artisan wares from other local independent businesses. A great selection of home goods and unique items! There really is so much offered in this new small space. The location may be a bit rural for some, but it is definitely worth stopping if you're in the area or wanting to shop someplace special. When we were there, they had some amazing cinnamon rolls and coffee available too! Plenty of parking with easy access. As a bonus, the sheep from the small farm next door welcomed us so nicely. I recently had an opportunity to visit this quaint and tasteful studio/shop in the sleepy little community of Pleasant Unity, and I am so glad that I did! Each and every artisanal piece seems hand-chosen to rest perfectly in this warm and welcoming space. Dr. DeFabo’s pottery is always exquisite and inspired, and it’s surrounded by other regional art and complimentary accompaniments. I love coming to this shop! I find that I have to make 3-4 laps around in order to see everything Frank & Lynn have carefully and tastefully displayed. The pottery is perfect, the plants are gorgeous and healthy, and there is always something new to surprise me! It’s a terrific addition to this rural neighborhood and it’s a definite “go to” for gift giving of all kinds.
