My daughter attends the local universty and had concerns about the brakes with the "hand me down" car she has at school. Although there was nothng wrong wth the car, Mike (been there 24 years) took the time to explan to us what they did to inspect the brakes and offerred helpful advice and reduced a father's concern for safety of hs daughter.
