Shortsleeves Motorsports — Local services in Upland

I have always heard good things about Shortsleeves and my family has purchased jet skis from here. Even have had them serviced here as well with good results. My snowmobile broke down in the UP and I had to buy a different one from a dealership up there. When it comes time to service my new one and get recalls taken care of, they basically won't service you. They say they need to take care of their customers first and won't even schedule anything. Say they need to wait to see what their customers bring in and then go from there. Which I get about servicing your customers, but when you don't have an option on buying your snowmobile at their dealership because you broke down, you would think they would understand. Plenty of dealerships out there, no since begging to have this place service mine and when it comes time to trade in, I sure won't be looking here as well as when my family needs...
