Dollar General — Local services in Upland

I came to Upland for my grandson’s graduation and we stopped at this dollar general to pick up a card. You could not walk down the isles because there are boxes piled up everywhere. It is the most unorganized and messiest store I have ever been in. When I went to cash out I waited at the cash register for five minutes as if no one was working. When the employee finally came back from her smoke break, she told me they couldn’t break my change and the lady was extremely rude.
