Learning Express Toys — Local services in Upper Arlington

This toy store is absolutely awesome. There are so many unique and cute toys to browse that I found myself in there for well over an hour. However, the best part about this store, to me, would have to be its staff! Connie, the store’s owner, along with a gentleman named Andrew and another young lady were all very adamant about making the toys I purchased even more special. They professionally wrapped each and every gift that I purchased in the wrapping paper of my choosing, finishing each gift by adding beautiful ribbons and beautifully writing my daughter’s name on every single one of them. Connie even took the time to offer and write my daughter’s name on this cute purple bucket that features a crown. That personalization is something I’m sure my daughter will also appreciate. I've taken my son here around a half dozen times now. The staff are friendly & accomodating! I like the layout & there is a great range of type of toy to spark your child.

My only issue with the store itself is the quality of some toys (and inherently, the price vs other outlets). It's disheartening to see the same toys in a physical storefront, not online, for almost half the price charged here.

While I understand the need to pay the bills (and I believe you pay for all the residential rentals behind the store), some of these toys have more money in the printing of the box display than the toy itself. Is apparent enough that I limit what my son may buy b/c 3-of-6 purchases were over $75 and broke within 5min. That's absurd.

Still, the aim here is a more stimulating toy as opposed to the goofiness of some youtube...

Great selection of recreational and educational toys. Staff was super helpful while also being respectful and not coming across centered on pushy sales tactics. Took my daughter here to score Squishmallows to satisfy her current fascination with them. They do have a limit of 2 Squishmallows at this location which is very nice as it allowed them to have inventory for my daughter to get one. This was my first time to Learning Express Toys and overall thoroughly impressed with the selection and blown away by the outstanding staff and their in depth knowledge of the products use, purposes and there applications. Will definitely come back here whenever needing toys or getting suggestions from the staff for spot...
