Their service is not the best, for some reason they always say something negative to me like "are you going to take 30 minutes looking " I am spending my hard earned money . I never stole from them or anything I'm not sure if because people who are black stole from them or what it is. But it's pretty sad to see. Also after a few times of me throwing away trash in their they ask me now am I bringing more trash everytime I come. But the quality of the canabis is cool. Hopefully one day their service will get better. Edit: so I spoke with the owners they said they will not leave a response back for how it has been handled up to this point I will say this I respect Debbie. I pray for Matt . They did not like how I added the comment about the stealing and me saying I'm not sure if this is why they treated me this way. Again as I told Debbie on the phone I did not know why they did that. Debbie responded and let me know Matt said he thought the comments were a bit spiteful I will note if I heard and if not mistaken this was after I left. He also told me Matt in the text that my review will seem odd as there are so many 5 stars and my one review will just go unnoticed . All in all Debbie let me know some ins on their personal situation and how Matt is dealing with things so that could have affected his word choice and energy I let her know we all deal with things you don't have to let that get off on people . Debbie at first was speaking to me about how Matt jokes with everyone but I let her know that nobody laughed not even himself off his comments and how his energy felt off and the words did not sound like jokes at all. All in all for now I will move my review up to a 3 off of Debbie and the quality of the weed. For Matt on his part until I speak with him face to face his customer service is still a 1 out of 5. I love this place to pieces, every time I stop in there's always exciting new product to take in and appreciate, MGF is always changing it up and keeping the experience authentic and exciting. Though shipping is an option, I find that the interaction with Matt and Debbie is just as much an anticipated part of the MGF experience as anything else; they're always conversational, kind, and knowledgeable about their many different products! That's a huge deal for me personally as I am quite anxious in nature. Matt and Debbie always come across as so passionate about their craft and devoted to their customers, I mean they really are the apex of wonderful customer service! They have a beautiful excitement about what they offer and are thrilled to hear feedback on the products as well. As far as the products themselves, I've tried a myriad of them ranging from their various derivitive edibles, vapes, to the delta-8 cigarettes. Each product gives desirable effects, and is a unique experience in itself. As far as having issues with product I've bought, I told Matt about a disposable pen I bought with a battery that didn't hold a charge. I brought the pen back hoping to see if there were any fixes for it (I could get it to work by keeping it plugged in, I'm no stranger to finaggling a vape in order to use it). To my delight and surprise, Matt was willing to swap it out for an entirely new pen without any issues. It's also worth mentioning that samples and testing out products is a huge deal as well, you will always know what you're getting and what to expect. What's not to love about this place, it's beautiful, well decorated, cozy. Microgrown farms is an experience in itself and I am thrilled that it exists. Thanks Matt and Debbie! Their CBD is excellent. I'm talking high quality. You smell it once, and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. I'm not sure who helped me out, but the lady there who was running the store was excellent. Very informational and friendly. Allowed me to get a feel for the CBD's texture, smell, and looks.

I'm not sure what strain it was, and there was no writing on the package, so I couldn't tell. But I got home and threw it in the dry herb vape. Instant relaxation without any of the intoxication. And the price it was at was very fair. Was able to get a good amount for a nice price honestly.

They have a large variety of things in their store. Just about everything except the kitchen sink, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have that either lol. Anything you could think of even related to cannabis, can be found in there. As well as a large assortment of accessories.

The cabin vibe inside of the store is very welcoming and brings about a "warm" feeling. A place where you can just relax and shop in without any worries. Whoever designed the inside of that place should be given an award honestly, because they aced it.

My only gripe is that I wish they would've carried some other assortments of cannabinoids. They unfortunately didn't have CBG in flower form, along with some other cannabinoids. But I find that reasonable. Only the large sellers online tend to carry them. So I won't hold it against this seller for not carrying it, especially considering the fact that people don't know much about other cannabinoids, so it probably wouldn't sell as well.
