This place is unprofessional! I just left not even 12 minutes ago. When I walked in today there were only 2 ladies on their phones doing nothing at the front desks and 1 customer and her child (the place was completely empty) before I decided to call an Uber there I tried to call them yesterday and this morning To ask, do they do replacement IDs?but they sent me straight to voicemail all yesterday and this morning saying that the store was “busy” So I ended up taking a risk getting an Uber there wasting mone. I got to the service building and empty so I don’t understand why they did Not answer my phone calls all yesterday and today. I am writing this review as I sit here. The receptionists were racist and rude. Both looked directly at my father and I and did not acknowledge or speak to us. After taking our seats, they began to discuss tasks that they were each about to tend to. At that point I state to them, “I am not sure what is customary for this center but at what point are you going to acknowledge and tend to us?” All of a sudden they noticed we were there. The receptionist begins to help my father and then takes a call. Once realizing it was a personal matter, we let him know that he needed to handle that phone call at a later time.
