Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

I went to this Wawa's around 10:00 p.m. I ordered a tuna salad a jull complete device, a four pack of Jull menthol 5%, a bag of chips and a juice which came up to $49.70. they charged me twice so it came up to 120 with taxes. The manager called corporate they told me they couldn't do anything, I would have to go through my bank. The cashier even told them what I ordered but they refuse to give me my money back. I don't appreciate going through hoops to get my money returned back to me. Wawa's is thieves and liars out of all the money they make they still not satisfied without stealing from their customers. I actually spend my money every night around that time on my way to work. He had a nerve to say his computer only had one purchase. When clearly I showed the manager my bank statement on the phone which had their store with two charges for the same price at the same time. Whatever you do do not use your card and also there ATM says no surcharge when clearly on my bank statement I believe it's like $2.50 for using their ATM there. I work at a job that actually purchase all over the world their gift cards for our employees. Wawa is not to be trusted. I wish I could post my bank statement but too much information. Tim the 7ft tall manager went above and beyond the call of duty helping me a veteran when i scratched my lotto ticket to much i won 50 dollars..It wouldn't scan TIM the manager saw this from way over from register said sir i can help you...I said 4 other wawas said try another day or call the number on back..Tim the manager i dont know what Wawa Academy he went to in 10 seconds he typed in numbers and like that it rang up 50 dollar winner ALSO a beautiful African American girl named PORSCHE AN ATTRACTIVE WHITE. I jokingly refer to this wawa as “cursed wawa” because there have been a few really bizarre food outtakes i’ve experienced here. I think this location is at the bottom of the wawa totem poll in terms of freshly supplied ingredients and competent staff. That is to say i think the people that work here are the newbies or the people who dont care. And theyre always short on food stuffs when I order. This is the closest wawa to my house but i’ve intentionally stopped going here because of how mid to low the food ends up tasting.
