Upper Dublin Community Pool — Local services in Upper Dublin Township

I am giving them a bad review due to the fact that I just found them and seen that they update their page pretty often to say if they are closed or anything so I looked today and saw nothing. Not even them being to capacity so I proceed to make my way to the pool. I get there at 2:03pm and they open at 1pm and see a sign that says they are filled to capacity but I also read in this page that as guest leaves your able to enter and about 5 people left when I walked up to the gate but I was turned. So apparently there was a big dangerous incident that happened at the pool yesterday in 6/22/2024 that was not mentioned on this page but due to that serious incident they changed their rules and said after capacity no one could get in but never was their page updated with the incident or the fact that no new guest could come in which is mind blowing because they are losing a ton of money and the pool had only been open for an hour. The whole point of this is the management team is horrible and wasn’t even apologetic after I took a 47 minute drive to get here with my kids just to disappoint my kids. I never got in and they never have to worry about me ever coming back to patronize...
