Little Italy Pizzeria — Restaurant in Abington Township

Updating my previous review. We've been ordering from this place for about a year now. The food has always been good. Customer service has always been good, including delivery timing. However, the last 2 times we've ordered delivery from here, it was a terrible experience and I think this will make us not order here again. The first time, our order took an hour and a half to get to us. It said it was out for delivery for a LONG time, so we called. Apparently the driver "made a mistake" (??), so they had to remake our food and send it back out for delivery. We didn't get anything compensated, just a free liter of Coke, which we don't drink that crap.

Today, we ordered 2 salads and a child meal for my 17 month old nephew, who is use to eating lunch at a certain time every day. The app said the delivery was out for like 20 minutes and was very late to the time it said it should be here. I called and the guy on the phone was saying the driver will be there any minute. 10 minutes passes and still nothing, so I call again. Again, they swear the driver is right there, but I am standing at the door and see no one driving up the street. Then the driver finally pulls up, hands me the food without saying anything at all. I also found a stick of some sort in my salad. Like i said in my first review below, the food is usually good, but its never consistently good. Now with these bad delivery experiences, we will be giving our business to other local places since there are many to choose from.

This is the first time I have place a review . Their food is good but the delivery was horrible . Originally told me 35 minutes which I can understand for a Friday night but after an hour I called and the nice girl on the phone told me the driver forgot to pick up my order and I’d get it soon . 20 more minutes went by and right before I was going to call to cancel they showed up . Lg plain cheese and small order fries 25.00 and change . Fries were cold and soggy , pizza was luke warm. Classic case of over promise and under deliver . Good Food.... however you will wait FOREVER for it. Their delivery is never less than 15 minutes later than they say (usually more like 1.5-2 hours for delivery) and they will tell you it’s left when you call but that’s not true. If you have kids and you are trying to feed them before bedtime order your food around 2pm and you should be alright. I say this as a customer who has been with them for 5 years even with the new management change. I’ve had it.
