Bought a vape there last Saturday. Never opened it until Monday. It started glitching not working right at all after 2 puffs on it. It’s now Wednesday and I called them mind you I’ve been at work all week. They won’t do anything about it because it’s been to long. I will not be going back. She could have had me bring it in and checked it or anything other then nope it’s been to long. But that was the response I got. The fact that I also just sat there when I went in ringing a bell over and over and yelling is there anyone there before anyone actually came to the front to check me out. Customer service Is terrible there. And for a small town you’d think maybe they’d care a little more about things. I’ll just spend my money in Casper where they actually have you bring it in to see...

Update: Finally got to go in, and the customer service was fantastic! I don't know what made it so they opened a bit late, but I felt it was worth the wait. Definitely give them a chance!

I can't speak on the actual business as I have yet to be inside, but I decided to wait out for them opening since I didn't really have anywhere else to be. They open at 2 PM, it's been nearly 20 minutes and they still haven't opened. I know businesses take a bit to open up, but I feel like their hours should be adjusted if it's that hard for them to be even remotely on time.
