I give Urbana Motors, Inc. a 10+ for their friendly and caring staff!! Although we didn’t purchase our vehicle from Urbana Motors, Inc., I have to give a review on the great Samaritans that work there. My husband and I found ourselves stranded at the Casey’s across from Urbana Motors, Inc. Long story short, we had just purchased a new vehicle and were on our way home after dark, when the car started vibrating like crazy. We pulled off the Sunset St. exit and hobbled the car to Casey’s. We called roadside assistance and while waiting for a return call, a truck pulled up beside us and the couple got out and asked about our car. My husband mentioned the lug nuts were loose on one of the wheels, so they came over to look. Turns out the very nice lady, manages Urbana Motors, Inc. She called one of their mechanics who had us take the car to their shop, checked all for wheels, and tightened the lug nuts so we could get back on the road. They did all of this after hours and would not accept anything in return other than insisting we text them when we got home so they knew we made it safely. I cannot thank Chandra and her mechanic...

My wife and I got a car from them but we had to go back several times in the matter of 2 weeks because stuff kept going wrong with it. I ended up missing 2 days of work because it kept breaking down. I had them install a blower and subwoofer. Blower had an issue and the subs wouldn’t stop blaring when no music was playing so had to bring to another shop. Said shop and others said it was the worst install they’ve ever seen. Had to pay for them to completely reinstall everything.
