On June 29 my husband & I stopped here for dinner. 5-stars to Hanna, our server and bartender, she was attentive and friendly. 5-stars to Parker, the cook/chef for preparing the best broasted chicken we have ever had and we have tried many at numerous restaurants around the country. 0-stars for atmosphere, we sat next to a booth of older aged locals, they were loud and foul mouth the entire time we ate. I was so disappointed in the Ozone tonight! Please do not order their NEW Patty Melt Burgers! It's just a burnt glorified cheese burger! You could NOT even eat it because it was so dried out from being burnt. When we said we should not have to pay for it, she said "it is what it is"... seriously? After arguing with her and 5 gentlemen at the bar saying you should not have to pay for it, she finally took it off our tab! I will say that they still have the best...

Best broasted chicken in Iowa, prices that can't be beat, service out of this world, and loving acceptance of everyone who stops in. Owners have big town abilities, yet chose to keep it real with their small town big hearts.
