Loved A & E, bought one mower liked it so much we bought a second only a few weeks later. Great pricing on specials. It's worth the drive for their expertise and savings. I am changing my review a year later because I was sold on the promise they would make things simple and easy for warranty and emergency repairs which has changed greatly after their one tech left. I live several hours from here and for a simple repair shipping parts is easier and cheaper which I understood could be done at the time of sale. I have access to 3 technicians with different levels of college classes and certifications in small engines, all of which conclude the muffler is broken and needs replaced along with exhaust manifold gaskets and pipes (probably) from wear from the muffler breaking. Pictures clearly show light in between two parts of the muffler that should have absolutely no air between them because they should be one piece. We have explained how it is broken, showed the pictures, and they won't even order the parts to have them available for the repair on hand. They continue to say to stick it back in the hole SMH. They expect it to be dropped off, diagnosed, parts sent for approval, then repaired which could take weeks. We even offered to pay upfront and then have them refund the money after husqvarna got the defective parts approved, that wouldn't work either! NEITHER THE OWNER OR TECHNICIAN could find the break which I will include pictures of and have explained the break repeatedly and how sticking it back in the hole won't work because it is broken and "ripped" but they refuse to listen to that. Can't recommend them now that their one tech left. If you're a homeowner you will get a good price, but If you expect fast prompt commercial equipment repairs to keep your business moving, stay away, because they made this promise to us, and are not living up...

We wanted to find one that was quality, had a solid warranty and a reasonable price. I found AE OUTDOOR power looking through Craigslist. They had a listing for scratch and dent so we decided to look. I first made a call to be sure they had the item we were looking for and the salesman responded to my question quickly and accurately. When we gotto the business the young lady at the counter was aware that we were coming which indicated good company communication and customer service. She took us directly to the item we requested, answered every question in addition to giving us great details about the snowblower. We requested to have the blower started and a young man from the mechanic department quickly came to give a quick demo and start it up. We were able to pay quickly and efficiently, had help getting it loaded, and left quite pleased with the entire experience! We felt that we got a quality product at a fair price with a good warranty and from a dealer with incredible customer service.    Read moreUpdated! you have to be on them if you want something repaired. They will just let it sit. They let my snow. Blower sit for months and dropped of my zero turn 5 days ago. They said they would reach out to give me pricing on a belt and oil change. Went in to ask if they could give me the pricing and they havenât even looked up the parts yet. Then wanted to look at zero turns for the next season. Asked if there were pricing on the units and the person at the register said mostly they donât have the pricing on the unit. You would think they would be like o okay let me help you. Nope nothing. Also I was the only customer in the store at the time. I guess I will go spend 6500 somewhere else.
The owner seen the review and now refused my repairs. They also gave my mower back with the lights bent up. They quoted me not picking up my snow blower as soon as it was completed. Which I said I was deployed overseas and wouldnât be able to pick it up tell a certain date. This was communicated prior to dropping off.
