We had a birthday party here last night. When we got there the iPads to sign in on didn’t work. I tried to get Jessica’s attention, but she ignored us. One of the kids that helped us with our party finally reset the iPads and then we had to go through the painful process of trying to sign the waivers all over again. So for anyone going there with a large group arrive 15-20 minutes early. When we asked for a bit more time because thr started late, we were told that wasn’t an option because there was another party behind us. There was not another party.
We had been told on the phone the day before that we could order more pizzas if we wanted to, as long as we told them when we arrived, however when we got there we were rudely told by Jessica that you had to make the order by 8 am the day before and the pizza place was closed, so that wasn’t an option.
The bounce houses were fine, and the kids that helped us were friendly and professional, however the glow party was underwhelming and each of the guns for the glow wars only contained 2 balls. When we asked about it, we were told the balls were around. You don’t pay $360 for a party to do stuff you were told would come with the party yourself, that you even paid extra for.
When it came time for the party room, we were told they forgot to order the 4th pizza, but they already had ordered it and they were throwing in another pizza. So somehow the pizza place was magically open after all. The other pizzas got there about 10-15 minutes or so before the party was set to end. When it was time to leave Jessica came into the room and said “Party’s over. We’re locking up now.”
We also complained about our experience and we’re told to take it up with the owner. When we called today, we did not receive an answer.
I don’t think any of us would have been nearly as upset about the situation if Jessica’s customer service skills hadn’t been so awful, she wasn’t so incredibly rude and hadn’t consistently lied to us throughout...
Read moreFirst off, your kids will probably have fun here. Our birthday party was definitely fun for the kids. Kids love inflatables.
This place is less fun for the adults, though. We paid an extra $35 for a very anticlimactic balloon drop that the staff immediately began cleaning up afterwards with very little fanfare.
The staff is another issue. You will likely be guided through your party by some very cranky but also somewhat clueless teenagers. They won’t spare a smile for your kids. Okay, teenagers are cranky - whatever. But then you’ll be asked to tip them at the end. In the inflatable area, one of our guests requested they clean up some water. They were ignored and kiddo socks got wet. In the party room, they unfortunately appeared to have very little sense of direction.
On the food, our party didn’t finish it all because we had a few less show up than expected. Totally fine. I thought we’d be able to take the extra ice cream, water, etc. home (since you pay for each one). But instead, the teen told us he’d take them back, use them for another party, and take them off our bill. Didn’t happen. So we paid for food that we ultimately didn’t get.
Overall, kids have fun. Which I keep coming back to - and it’s the most important thing! But in the end, it really just isn’t a value for any of...
Read moreNot impressed at all. First, it was nothing special. The workers seemed to just "go through the motions" and management did not seem to understand that they were selling "experiences"... not "time in their mediocre facility". My 5-year old son was at a b-day party there. On the way out, he fell over a very poorly placed and designed light fixture.. on the ground... causing him significant pain, and at the time, uncertainty in how severe his injury might be. The fall also caused him to lose his "party favors" and his party balloon popped. Several other children came to his aid.. offering him their balloons. I told them to keep their balloons and I'd just go ask for a new one. I did ask for the balloon, and was told that "I would have to purchase it because it was the child's fault." At the time, no employee bothered to ask how the child was. In a later email with the owner, she also never inquired if the child was well... and offered to give him a balloon if he came by...I found that response pathetic. Five year old children knew more about business and basic human kindness, than the people at this facility. I would never allow my child to return to...
