I went to pick up my antidepressant and they filled my old one, which I told them a month prior I was no longer taking. They somehow refilled that one anyways. I got home with it and when I ran out of my current med and went to open the medicine and it was the wrong one. Called and they said I had a refill and they would fill it right away since I was all out. They called back and said my insurance would not fill it unless it was 90 days so they had to reach my prescriber. They had issues reaching the prescriber and did not bother to reach out. I had to call them multiple times. I finally reached out to my prescriber but after hours. Then I called my pcp and the oncall agreed to fill for just one week until they could be reached. I now have to pay out of pocket. There refill program is a joke because I have told them in person, over the phone, and by text to cancel another med. Still get daily texts. Just super frustrated dealing with side effects from not having my meds and not even a call to say difficulty reaching prescriber yet a million texts telling me a med that is not supposed to be refilled is there.
Just not happy with their lack of communication on...
Read moreDisappointed. Scheduled a Minute Clinic appointment via the CVS mobile app yesterday…completed all of my information, pre-check-in, etc. About 15 minutes after I scheduled the appointment, I receive a text - they are cancelling my appointment, no reason given. I now have the option to be put on the waitlist for any last minute appointments that may open up. I take this option - complete all of my information again, that I just entered 20 minutes beforehand. After I get put on the waitlist, the app recommended I schedule another visit in case the waitlist doesn’t open up. No problem - I schedule another one for first thing this morning, when they open. Additionally, I tried calling that specific location to see if they accepted walk-ins, as well as to get a reason as to why my appointment was cancelled, and I could not speak to a real person. Everything was automated & kept running me in circles of phone menus.
Fast forward to this morning, I get up extra early to get ready (this clinic is 30 minutes away), and as I am literally ready to walk out the door, another text - CANCELLED. Again, no reason.
This is unacceptable on so many levels. I am very disappointed...
Read moreI would like to post my disgust with this pharmacy for refusing to give out a stop gap supply of warfarin for my fiancé. Switching jobs can be a difficult time in someone’s life. With all the paperwork retirement info transferring, and everything else you would hope that an easy transition of healthcare in a country that spends significantly more than any other country in the world would be seemless. With information being lost, middlemen on vacation (since it is that time of year) you would think the pharmacists who are paid a significant wage would have the understanding and willingness to assist someone going through this. Not calling them a liar and refusing to give out a life saving medicine to someone. Arrogant and careless are a few words that come to mind. Let’s hope someone reads this and decides to either take their business elsewhere or someone of importance gets this message and decides to take action and make sure this never happens again. If I could give negative stars I would. Find a new line of work instead of lining ur pockets with u...
