Not a huge review kind of guy unless the place deserves high praise or is completely terrible. Let me tell you our experience here was B.A.D. This was our 2nd time dining here, both equally as bad. Dinning experience number 1..I ordered sea fra, when I noticed they forgot the mussels I informed the waitress and she seemed confused. She looked at the menu and said oh ok I'll bring those right out. The mussels they brought out were 100% microwaved no sauce no butter no nothing. Let's fast forward to experience 2. Sat down, server was sweet but didn't know what she had on tap for beer. Looking over the specials, seared ahi tuna caught my eye. When I placed my order she asked me how I would like it prepared? I answered ugh seared rare. After about 20 or so minutes after our parties food arrived. I took a bite of the bland plain rice and then cut into the "rare seared tuna" and wouldn't you know it was cooked all the way through. Super chewy, would have rather had a tan of bumble tuna or sushi from market basket. After 2 disappointing dining adventures I will not be returning.

Went to lunch here yesterday. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish batter was perfect. Crisp but not hard. Not to thick or thin. The fish was slightly damp and bland. Salting the fish before frying would have most likely solved both problems. I used the tarter sauce. I was told it was made there. It was ok but nothing special. Cole slaw was the same. The fries were good. The price was ok for our area. All in all the meal was good and if I had a salt restricted diet, it would be a perfect choice. The dining area is dark and there was nothing special to say about it. I am trying not to compare it to the Brian's days. Basically, it was fine but nothing special that would set it apart from other places in the area. It is newly opened and I want to love it so here's hoping they just need a little more time to pull it together.

Two strikes so far. The first visit was during opening week so of course there will be hiccups. But our waitress was untrained, unfamiliar with the menu and unapologetic when two of our four meals were wrong. The owner showed up and essentially told a table who was complaining next to us "there's nothing I can do". Our app was very tasty and my girlfriend's salmon salad (though incorrect) was good. My burger was meh.

Second visit, we sat in the bar. It took over 30 minutes for our app to show up. Then our meals took another 25ish minutes. We noticed this time around that the menu has several misspellings and is just plain inaccurate. Our food this time was so-so.

So far this has been disappointing on all fronts. There's nothing special about it at all (unlike when it was Brian's) - It's just a generic restaurant with generic food that happens to be in a spot with almost no real restaurants nearby. We'll give it a couple more shots but we've almost given up on the place. If you want much better food in a less restaurant-y atmosphere try Valley Pub or Kapi's,...

We went there after church Sunday. The cleanliness of the place was noticeable right off the bat. In fact, the men's room was one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Great job there!

Our waitress, Wendy, was attentive, pleasant, knowledgable; good sense of humor: professional.

My wife and I both got salads: me steak, her chicken. What was cool is that the base of each was so different .

In the steak salad was a mix of veggies: lettuce, olives, tomatoes, feta (that's a veggie, right?), etc. But the chicken salad contained a whole different base mix. There was the lettuce, etc., but also fruits. It was cool that the restaurant personnel did something to set each dish apart, and not just throw the same base under their different meats.

Our daughter got the stuffed shrimp, which she loved, and bragged about, but gave me no details.

We thank the staff and management of the Grille 122, and hope, if you go there, you will enjoy your experience...
