One of the best locations in East Vail close to hiking and on the free bus stop. Pool, hot tub, volley ball & horseshoes are well maintained and there is plenty of green space for recreation. The HOA is very well run and keeps up with building maintenance, landscaping, shoveling, chimney inspections, etc. I...
