Coastal — Local services in Vallejo

This is one of the sketchiest dispensaries I’ve been to in Vallejo. Their product sits out to get stale, not be properly rotated in and out, and everyone is able to touch it and crush buds. There’s an employee there who’s incredibly rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t seem knowledgeable about the products or the company policy to sell them. She overcharged us the first time and we decided to give the store a second try, but it was just as bad the second time with the same girl! My experience with her was so bad that I will not be going back.

This company is a joke. I’m reading the other reviews and their experiences sounds very similar to mine. And when I read the company response they say: “I didn’t know” (what/how that happened) and “we got the number wrong to call you back” while a pile of crap. Quit trying to “put things on sale” and hide behind taxes. Your company does not accurately display or charge your customers for the product that you offer. That reminds me that on my second trip to the store supposedly the credit card system was down, and the girl insisted that I use the ATM in the back instead of getting cash back at Safeway… I stopped to mention that because this store feels like a cash grab/money laundering/scam when you are inside. They overcharge people and don’t actually give people the benefits they “advertise” for first...

I was going to another dispensary in town and found that they either ran out of what I needed or discontinued the product I needed. I came into Coastal and found the bud tenders and other staff to be very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed. They are always very helpful in suggestions for my needs. A very positive experience with jbjorklund.

1/13/23 Today I spent time with TDUNKEN as as always he was polite and helpful. I enjoy using the gummies for relaxation and sleep. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. I've been to other dispensaries but since Coastal opened in Vallejo, I only come here. Always have stock and always friendly.

C.Johnson was friendly and helpful. I needed a high thc dose of a gummy and she was very helpful to me.

TDuncan was very helpful as he always is. I love Coastal Vallejo because the budtenders are so helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

Another fabulous experience. I don't know the young ladies name but she was so helpful. Everyone at Coastal is helpful, kind and professional.

Doorman and budtender that helped me weren't too friendly. I tried to make small talk to be friendly, but it seems like I might have just came on an off night for them. Upon giving me back my ID I was waved off and told to "go" by the doorman. The budtender helping me wasn't much friendlier either, as I also tried to make small talk with her only for her to say "yeah". Despite sharing that this was my first time there and that I was new to the area, I wasn't told about any loyalty program, first-time % off, or anything - if they offer any of that I wouldn't know. I can only imagine what my experience would have been like if I went to buy in-store. I made a pick-up order for edibles & a cart roughly $75 w/tax & fees. The pickup process sucked - I placed my order and it went through giving me a confirmation email stating to wait for them to let me know when to come down as they cant expedite orders. I set it for 6pm and didn't hear anything, finally by 8 I figured I'd call since they close around 9pm -- only for them to tell me they hadn't filled my order & would do so now. This whole experience just made me miss my go-to...
