The one that I have on Tennessee Street. Is excellent, the manager is really nice and very helpful. There was a situation which happened where some of my stuff wound up getting stolen. Along with some other people and they were very helpful in the advice they gave me on how to recover what I needed to recover so I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs thank you. I know the people say the storage units aren't great but this extra space storage has been exceptional because of their manager Jennifer. I've been with them for 15 years and as I set up above some of my stuff got stolen along with some other people. However she made the situation more comfortable by helping me do when I needed to do to try to recover something and I actually was the only one out of the three of them that did because of her looking out for my stuff in other units because of how I stored some of it. So Jennifer I just want to thank you for your excellent customer service and your incredible attitude and willingness to work with me and help me keep my payments down so I can keep my storage unit....

After having my storage broken into elsewhere twice in the last 6 months I followed a friend over to Extra Space Storage to get a new storage. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and very forthcoming about the entire process. From introductory prices changing in the future to security measures, and better ways to protect my storage unit. She also discussed with me the several levels of renters insurances that they cover. I already feel safe and I haven't put anything in my storage unit yet. I appreciate the motion sensory, cameras, and private security measures to ensure our property is as safe as possible.
