Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Vallejo

First of all, we have going to this restaurant for 5+ years without any issues. We went there in July of 2025 and got our usual family order (10 piece meal). Unfortunately this time the meat was undercooked and got sick from it. I reached out on their website to let them know. They were very gracious (both Custer service and manager at the store both sent me emails) They said your next meal was on them so just recently (10/24/25) we went back and received our complimentary 10 piece. Again, it made us very sick. That is very worrisome considering that has NEVER happened before our last 2 vists. Months in-between each order as well. After one bad visit where they wouldn’t honor their online special I was given a code from corporate. Went back to use it and again they said I had to honor it at another restaurant. For some reason I gave them a third try and asked for their Tuesday special …oh prices changed today and charged me double the normal amount.
