Went in on november to get an aftermarket stereo installed in a vw toureg. They did and said they plugged it in but didnt attach it to the ignition. A week later we noticed that the car battery kept dying on us. Then the engine light came on later. We took it in to volkswagen and they told us that the radio wasnt installed correctly and it was passively pulling on the battery power even while the car was turned off. We called and set an appointment for the stereo place to take a look at it and fix it. We set the appoinment for 10am today. We got there around 9:56 and the shopped wasnt opened. I called and he said he'd be there in 10 mins. The shop says it opens at 9am but whatever. We waited. When he got there we went in and talked to him about whats going on. He then proceeds to tell us that volkswagons diagnosis is bs because he's never had this issue before. We asked him why he didnt do this in the first place, he said we needed a switch to turn it off and that it will cost extra for the part and labor. We went back and forth about why the radio was effecting the car and why he didnt offer this to begin with. At first he said he did which was a lie then he finally said he didnt offer it because usually people decide to go with cheaper. Shouldve told us in the first place so we can decide. Finally i asked when can he get this fixed and he said his workers wont come in till 12. Why would you have us come in at 10 if no one is going to get to in unti 12. We were livid and then left. DONT GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER AND THE OWNER...

car was brought in for installation of car audio equipment. I brought in my own audio equipment as I did not know that they sold audio equipment and simply thought they were an installation shop. I was told that my price would have been better if I bought their equipment but that they would install nevertheless and was quoted 6 hours, it was supposed to take 2 days they had it for 5 days . I was charged for 17h and told they worked on it for 20 as if that was my fault . i am now finding many missing parts, screws etc, to the car, am finding broken components on car and installation was incomplete, speakers mounted with drywall screws, one speaker had no hold down screws installed whatsoever and simply was sitting in the old speaker cup . radio not programmed correctly, speakers in back stopped working due to wrong connectors which caused them to fall off Connection points. I did take my car in after the first issue and they repaired it but now I am finding so many things I'm not sure that I even want to bring it back in..... after 6 months I found that the front dashboard was not installed correctly and fell off in my lap when I was driving the repair shop said that all the hold down screws were not installed and that the connection bracket was broken when it was last removed this place is the epitome of a bad, non-professional portraying itself to do the job of a professional. My advice is avoid them...

I don’t know where to start. My elcamino has been at there shop for over 7 months straight. I told Ivor and his crew to take their time working on my vehicle because I knew it was a big job. Come to find out my sound system was not properly wired, my door panels where not put back how I brought him the car. I spent over 3k and I’m very unsatisfied at their work. I suggest you take your business else where. Nothing personal it’s just business. I had to take my car to another car audio shop to work on my car because it wasn’t done right. Don’t let their nice personality trick you into spending your money. I really feel disrespected in a major way for trusting those guys with my project car. Ivor told me to bring the car back for adjustments, if my car has been there for over 7 months then why do he still have to adjust my system. He know my system wasn’t properly working when I picked my vehicle up and still hasn’t...
