Lake Dalwigk Park — Attraction in Vallejo

New playgrounds and basketball court, but everything else about the park was awful. I was bothered by a guy who was clearly drunk, even though it was noon. Lots of trash, questionable people, and construction debris along the trail. Only access from street parking is steep stairs, so if you have a stroller or wheelchair you have to go all the way around. No swings in either playground. This is an excellent park. It's pretty big and usually very empty. I take my dog here to run after me while I am biking. Once in a while there are other dogs there that mine can run and play with. The lake is beautiful, the other reviews here that say it’s really dark after sunset are correct, there are no lights on the 5th side either.
