Ela's Crepes — Local services in Valley Center

While taking a stroll down the Rancho Bernardo farmers market on a wonderful Friday morning, I decided to treat myself to some crepes. Stacy's crepes have a variety of sweet, breakfast, and savory fillings with a choice of Organic Gluten-free Buckwheat batter or the original white batter. Amazingly they also have vegan options. Everything on the menu looked appetizing, and I finally settled on a California savory crepe which consisted of cheese, turkey, tomatoes, avocado, and spinach complimented by their special, one of a kind garlic sauce. Went to the farmers market this morning and they messed up on me and my sisters orders. They forgot to put bacon in my sisters crepe and they gave me the wrong crepe entirely. A boy (presumably the managers son) kept cutting to the front of the line and interrupting customers to talk to his dad. He actually pushed in front of me while my order was being taken and didn’t apologize. Only one word. Their crepes are super AMAZING. Their menu has few dozens of different crepes. When you see it, you want to try one of each. If you never tried their crepes, you should and I promise, you won't be disappointed. I was told they have people are coming from out of town just to get their crepes. And I am not surprised.
