Our washing machine broke down and it took nearly 8 weeks to get it repaired by Appliance City. Customer service was great when we bought it but when it broke down less than 1 year later, the customer service was awful. Go absolutely anywhere but here. Run, don’t walk away from the idea of doing any business here. Worst customer service and delivery experience ever. Like other review say, not just bad customer service people, the lady, the guy is even worse - nasty...

Wish I could give less than 1 star! Nastiest person I have ever meet and I am not young in age. No proper Hello or introduction, no thanks for the business, was outright nasty in our home no less. Never again will I go near any Appliance...
