Nothing but the run around! I tried to return my phone on day 9 after purchasing it and was told that I only had 7 by the employee. Complete misinformation! I called customer service &they said it was 14 days. Went back on day 16 (5/13/19) because of the holiday weekend. The short- I went back and forth to the store 4 times! -One time went to the Verizon store in Downingtown- before the situation was finally resolved. They now are charging me a "restocking fee" yet they are the ones that screwed up. NEVER get a phone from an independent store like this. They have different policies, systems, customer service, and consistent lack of communication.
THE WORST PART- When I finally talked with a manager (Lee) on the phone from the store-- he was a complete jerk. He was rude, cut me off, talked down to me, avoided my questions, was talking to someone else at the same time, and was 100% unprofessional. If he was actually at the store my review would be much different. I wish that the call was recorded like they tell you when you call real customer service. They should tape their calls because Lee would no longer have a job.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services that Verizon has to offer us. My friend had lots of questions and the gentleman had the answers. We left with 2 phones and I'm know getting Verizon for my internet. He has awesome customer service and patience. I apologize for not knowing his name but he was awesome! Should have been an easy new line set up with 2 brand new phones turns into 8 hours in their online chat, on the phone, and going into the store 4 times to get everything situated correctly.
