I don't even know where to begin. First of all, I understand that there are customers with special needs, language barriers, etc. But that doesn't mean someone taking orders has spend 10 minutes with someone who doesn't speak the language. Get someone else on the register and start taking orders! There was a line of 7 people behind me waiting when I ordered. Eventually, I did order. The young man who helped me could have given less than a f* about being there and working at that precise moment. Ok, fine. I gave my order and then found out a nice special policy when ringing up. Suppose you have some cash in your pocket you'd like to get rid of. Spend a dollar or two in change in your pocket and put the rest on your card. Nope.. Can't do that at BK. It's either all cash or all card. 21ST CENTURY PEOPLE!!! And then the waiting began. Customers in the drive thru were coming in because something was screwed up with their order. I counted about 5 of them, and they were given priority over everyone else. After 20 minutes, I could see the bag on the order line with the order number that was on my receipt. It was picked up and examined by at least 4 workers. Was it some exotic request? Some special order? Nope! A cheeseburger, and chicken sandwich, a small fry and a small drink. I never got my soda cup when I ordered and forgot it on my way out (my fault), but when I got home, what was in the bag?? A fish sandwich loaded with pickles, a plain hamburger, and an order of onion rings.

Read moreI did a timed order 40 minutes in advance to pick up in the store. When I got to the store 3 minutes before my time order was supposed to be ready, no one greeted me. I waited a couple of minutes before I finally was able to get someone attention. The young man had no idea what order 71 was or my name. He looked around and there was no ticket. I even showed him my phone and still nothing. He went to the drive thru POS terminal then the front register and still couldn't find my order. He asked other workers and they couldn't find it. He's finally talked to the shift runner and they couldn't find it. He finally went thru the machine and was able to find it. They either didn't print it or they it or after it printed, needless to say my food was not ready. There was another lady already in the store before me so waiting on some of her order and was upset because the food she was already given was getting cold. It got so bad and no one was taking orders that people who were waiting to order food ended up walking out. After the young man asked the cooks to expedite my time order and make my burgers, I finally got my food like 8 minutes later. When I received the bag, I noticed they didn't put any sauces in the bag for my 16 nuggets so I asked for the sauces from another worker who handed me the bag. Soda lid no secure soda everywhere on me and all over the inside of car. Pay and asked to park and food will be brought out. Park.. Cleanup soda.. And wait! And wait! And wait.. Watching people go in and come out with food.. Still taking orders in drive through and cars piling up in parking lot waiting. The kids coming out with food and cannot find customers.. They have terrified looks on their faces. So 20 minutes passes. Kid comes to my car with out my order and asks what I ordered. Went inside with him so he did not need to come back out empty handed.. I give him my receipt to help figure out the order. People still receiving their food and leaving but not me. Eventually all but a couple people are left and the manager gives my food to another customer that came inside mad because he is still waiting. Leaves with my food.. With that the manager jos your food was already made.. Me.. Yes it was and you just gave it to the wrong person.. Me.. Please either give me the food now since 45 minutes has passed or give me my money back.. Money back.. Never received food and dined elsewhere..
