My husband Jerry Patterson told me of this place for tires he had been dealing with for years. I've got to say I was impressed with the service here. We bought 4 new tires. The place is ran very nicely. The owner is very respectful as is his staff. The place is very clean on the inside & outside. They do have alot of business so you may have to wait for a bit. Having a lot of business, tells me one thing, customer service must be amazing. Everyone is well treated here staff works hard to get you back on the road as fast as possible. I had to return with my car a few days later, my tire I thought may be out of alignment. I was greeted kindly, they took my car in & aligned my tires, The owner did tell me that, one of my new tires had a big lump defect in the rubber. He had already ordered my tire before he spoke to me & told me it would be in the next morning by 8 am. To please come back for the replacement. Again, I returned for my replacement. It was put on & all was aligned again. They pulled my car out of the garage handed me my keys. Thank you all so much for your kind & amazing customer service. I highly recommend Kenny Knox! I live in Auburn and took my daughters AWD Subaru to a local very well known tire company to have it patched due to a screw in the tread. They informed me it could not be done because it was too close to the tire wall and suggested 2 tires they had in stock that would work. I declined and started researching. 1st I found that I should not use a different brand tire because of the tread pattern so I had to find the same tire. It was a brand that most companies don't keep in stock so I had to research who could get them. Another tire store in Auburn could get the brand just not my exact tire. I could order one from Wal Mart but I couldn't get it until July 22. Then I called Kenny Knox! He could get the tire to me at 2:)) that afternoon and for cheaper than Wal Mart!!!! Took the car in and low and behold....He could fix the tire!!! What??? I was told it couldn't be fixed by the Auburn tire store! I asked what about the tire he had ordered for me and he said he would just ship it back!! Instead of paying $130 for a new tire I paid $15 for a patch!! I know where we will be going for our tire and car needs from now on! Thank you...

Such a nice business! I have a 2016 Chrysler 300 and it has a rattle in the back wheel. Opelika Chrysler (DO NOT go there ) wanted $2,000 to fix and said my wheels were not original equipment which they are because I checked with the dealer and saw the dealer invoice from when the car was delivered to the lot originally after owning the car for 2 years (what a bunch of jerks at the Opelika Chrysler dealership!). A friend told me about Kenny Knox. I went to the business yesterday and have an appointment next week to get the wheel fixed. They were very professional, courteous and cared about my problem. I cannot say enough nice about this place - THANK YOU FOR EASING MY MIND!!!

UPDATE: Fixed my wheel and did not charge a thing! This place has my future business! THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a great experience!
