JUMP-A-ROO'S BOUNCE HOUSE & TENT RENTALS — Local services in Vandalia

We rented two bounce houses for a family day event at my workplace. The kids absolutely loved every minute of these bounce houses and they were busy 100% of the time. We also rented two oversized Connect Four games that we set up nearby. All equipment worked perfectly and reliably. The delivery was convenient and scheduled to work well with my availability, and the pickup was immediately after the event so that we could get our space back and be finished. The booking and billing was easy and accurate. The delivery folks did all the set up and helped me to understand how to turn on the generator and get the inflatables ready and inflated before the event. There was a safety briefing. I was instructed how to deflate the bounce houses at the end of the event and/or in case of any emergency. No complaints! The one thing that could have been better was that I had to hire an outside staffer to come watch the inflatables for me so that I would be certain that kids were being safe and supervised. It would have been great if Jump-A-Roo's offered staffing to me (for hire) but they said they did not offer that service at the time that I called to inquire. I found out later that there may have been a way to hire through Jump-A-Roo's if I had pressed the matter, but when I had inquired if they sent someone to supervise the inflatables the answer I received was "no." Since I wasn't able to supervise them myself the day of the event due to other business obligations, I needed to pay to hire some adults to handle this equipment the day of the event. All in all, still giving five stars....

For 2-Years now my 6 year old Son wasn’t able to have the Birthday Party that I wanted to give him. I was lucky to have a friend tell me about a rental company that he used that has legit Heavy Duty Inflatable Water Slides, Bounce Houses, Obstacle Courses, and More. It doesn’t matter what size of event Big or Small you may have, Jump-A-Roo’s Bounce House will be able to provide an amazing time for all ages! ….Yes even “Adults “ that still are a kid by heart that want to have fun like ME!! LOL. I rented the 20ft tall water slide with the pool at the bottom and that was amazing! I’m very satisfied with the Top Quality Commercial made inflatable that I was able to rent for the day for my Son’s party, it was a hit. I wish they had these inflatable’s when I was a kid!! Thank You So much Jump-A-Roo Bounce House, you made my son’s b-day a memorable one forever! You can bet I’ll be renting again very soon for my next party day. I totally recommend this company due to the experience I had with my kids, the safety set up with the equipment, the customer friendly workers, quality of rentals, the price, the amount of time and all the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. One of the best parts is Jump-A-Roo set’s up the unit and then comes back to take it all down and put it away. That’s my kind of clean up after a day of fun.

Highly recommend! I had booked a bounce house rental with a different company and they backed out last minute. I called Geordie immediately to see if she could help us still make my son’s birthday party the fantastic event I had planned.

Geordie was very accommodating, professional, and understanding. She walked me through everything and even called when there was a bit of confusion on my end.
