Went there for a washer and dryer set. Not only did the washer not work 9/10 times. Whatever I’m not picky. But the “auto” payment never went through. Used them for 2 months. Always made the payment when contacted it didn’t go through. Even though this card had a large amount of money on it. And is used for auto payments for every bill I have. Crystal informed my ex husband that I was behind and gave him the dollar amount. Which is against their policy. Highly unprofessional and rude person. I was 1 week behind and they showed up after I had been quarantined for a surgery and threatened a child to let them in the house. Offered to pay them off right there. Refused payment. Even for total amount. Went and bought a brand new set a few days later for half the price. Jeremy is very short tempered and should not be in a manager position. So in all, horrible products, horrible customer service, very childish employees. Could of had a sale but they can not figure out how to provide any service. 0/10 do...
