Very clean theatre. Not very personable workers. I paid 8 dollars for a LG coke and small popcorn. Only to be handed an empty cup and a empty popcorn bag that wasn't even open. The bag didn't have a flat bottom so then you have to get your own popcorn by sliding it under a hole and pulling on a lever to let popcorn fall into your bag. All while holding your ticket and drink cup. So then after trying 3 different holes to get the popcorn to finally fill the bag . Now off to the drink station. Now keep in mind your popcorn won't stand by itself so you need to get your drink one handed oh no you have to find some where to put your movie ticket. Well the mouth will work. So in it goes. So finally I've got my snacks done. Keep in mind other people are doing the same thing all around u. So now I have to get my ticket out of my teeth and clean it off to give to the attendant. Sorry guy I hope u like germs. Finally into the movie only to find the most uncomfortable seats known to man or woman. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about with the seats. Horrible. Maybe if u are tall they fit fine. My experience with them was not good. Overall one of the worst movie theaters I have ever been in. I don't appreciate being charged 8 dollars for absolutely no service given on popcorn and a coke and if I ever go here again I won't pay them 8 dollars to serve myself. I was playing in the arcade because that’s what it’s there for and the costumer service was crap. I got change for a five it was one quarter short but whatever it wasn’t that big of a deal and then I went to play the claw machine and all of my quarters got stuck in the machine and they were visible so they knew I wasn’t lying and they basically didn’t care at all when I told them and wouldn’t do anything about it so I tried to get it out myself and they yelled at me for trying to get my money unstuck when they wouldn’t. I did some asking around and found out that the employees name was Brayden. I spent at least 20 dollars there and was having fun with my friends just to be treated like nothing. Oh and then he locked the machine to get change so my friends and I weren’t able to keep playing even if we still wanted to after being treated without any respect. I sadly left one star because my husband and I came into town on a Tuesday evening , September 1st and thought an evening to the movies would be nice. We read great reviews about this theater but when we looked for information about movies and times we could not find anything. Calling we would get a recording that hung up when we pushed proper numbers for information. Even tried reaching the manager only to get another recording. We tried finding our information online but none of the links worked. It did say the soonest information available was for September 3. We will be on our way home by then. I would suggest for them listing the operating times and hours on their message and online sites so people don't feel frustrated when trying to visit their theater. So...
