I don’t believe in giving out 5-stars reviews- but it’s tempting here. My therapist, Jeff, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He took great pains in explaining and demonstrating every exercise- how to do it, why it should be done and the benefits derived from it. Under his guidance both my strength and endurance were greatly increased and much of the pain I was experiencing was either alleviated or lessened.
