Beautiful facility! First time there for open play the music was blasting so loudly we could barely hear one another or the score. I roamed around hoping someone would ask me to warm up or perhaps a team member could have recognized as a new face that I was feeling nervous. I asked if loud music is always on during open play and was told yes to make it fun. Music is fine, but when the volume is so high you cannot hear one another and your Apple Watch signals “hearing” alert it is problematic. I was in Atlantic City for a conference and had some downtime- so I searched the internet to see if there were any indoor pickleball courts near where I was staying. I found Pickle Juice Pickleball Club, which was less than 15 minutes from where I was staying and what a gem of a place!! Super cute club! Easy access to booking a time on their app. I dropped in to play with a lovely group of women (and man) and had the best few hours of play. My favorite part of my entire trip!
