Capri Pizza Ventnor — Restaurant in Ventnor City

Last night Jan 19th I called and ordered 3 cheesesteaks with fried onions/mushrooms/mayo. A large order of fries wiz on side. Got there and good thing I checked because their was only 2 cheesesteaks in the bag and fries, so they made the third cheesesteak literarily in 2 minutes. Get home the 2 cheesesteaks didn’t have mayo or mushrooms. The third I was unlucky to get had no mushrooms and hardly and steak and grease was pouring out. The French Fries we’re old and dried up as if they had been sitting for hours. I ordered late around 7:00pm. So I thought well maybe it’s late 🤷‍♀️ Maybe an off night for them🤷‍♀️ So gave them another chance tonight Jan 20th. I ordered the special supreme. Mind you I didn’t want to let them know anything on the phone from last night till I got there in person. I asked the girl who’s in charge and this man making pizzas said I am. He was there last night I recognized him, I tried to tell him about the cheesesteaks and the French Fries. He actually was very rude talked loudly over me and said I use excellent ingredients 🤷‍♀️ Im sure they do but how about if their missing in your order, I walked away from him and just went to pay for the pizza.

I can say I remembered going to the Capri in the mall the food was excellent and they were always nice. The pizza tonight was ok. But after how I spent over $45 dollars on the 19th and the food was inaccurate and terrible. And I tried to let this man know tonight and spent $32. Never again! I can say this never try to let them know any items were missing or something was wrong because you will get treated the way I got treated!!! I should have walked out and left...

Tried to call in a pizza for lunch, the first attempt I hear "Hold" and then am left on waiting listening to the worst waiting music I've ever heard. It sounds petty but call and find out, then you'll understand. Waited a few minutes on hold, hung up and tried again. Same result. Went down to order in person assuming they were busy so they didn't have time to answer the phone and there are 2 guys in the whole joint and both already have food. It's the middle of the day, several people behind the counter, no customers waiting, no delivery orders stacked, I don't know why they couldn't take orders. Ran into a similar issue last time I went as there was plenty of help behind the counter but no one would come up to the register to take my order. The pizzas ok, the price is ok, parking can be limited as it's on a busy street, but the problem seems to lie in the management of the people working. I don't know who is in charge but they need to get their people to...

We placed an order for Two Chicken Caesar Salads on Thursday 7:30pm and received only one. The order arrived at 8:30pm. We called and waited until 9:30pm for the other chicken Caesar salad to arrive. By this time my family is preparing for bedtime. I was asked to pay another delivery charge and for that salad. Offered no apologies or goodwill and was rude when the facts were shared to the manager who hung up on us. The sad part is HOW they chose to handle the error cost them a customer who ordered from them a minimum of three times a week. It’s not about the money it’s how my family was treated.
