A couple weeks ago I was in the Vermillion store. I was double charged for my purchase. The store was contacted within a day or two, the same day we realized they double charged us. They said we would have a refund within a few days. Called a few days later, after the refund never appeared. After several more calls we were informed that it was our banks fault, and not theirs. So, we are out $112. It was not our banks fault. It will be a cold day in hell before I set foot in a Runnings store, anywhere, ever again.
Within 3 days of posting my original 1 star review, we had a refund show up in our account. I will give this particular store another chance, as I've never had an issue with the store in Brookings that we frequently stop at on our way up North to fish. Thank you for resolving this issue, I will be sure to improve upon my current rating after a few more transactions are made. Love the fact that you carry the full line of Nutrisource dog foods. Every person in that store is there to help you as efficiently as they can. They all make you feel appreciated. Really hope this company realizes the quality team they have.
