Unfortunately I must agree with the other ⭐️ 1 star reviews. I don’t recommend Fashion Nova. Save yourself the aggravation and energy. Fashion Nova is about THEIR PROFITS not the customer but I’ll tell you how to navigate if you must use them and need to return.

I’ve ordered about 3 times from Fashion Nova in the last 4 months. I read the return policy and understood that I wouldn’t receive my purchase back to original tender as the company issues return credits only. I was okay with that because I figured I’d be shopping there again.

I returned 2 blazer sets on the same day in separate packages but only got credit for 1. When I attempted to call and correct this matter. I couldn’t find a customer service number. I was also unable to go back to the order and inquire about it that way.

If you happen to return I suggest return right away. Try it on if it doesn’t work return the next day. Return every thing from the order in the same bag or box. Get the tracking numbers from the post office or UPS and micro manage your return. *if you don’t get full credit you should still have enough time to click PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER through the app or website. Good luck to you, you poor unfortunate soul that has to deal with FASHION NOVA.

I ordered items at fashion nova at the beginning of July bc I had my vacation planned two weeks later! I then got an email that the estimated time of delivery was gonna be on the 11th of July. Waited and waited!!😡😡😡😡Nothing came. Today is the 16th, still no package! I contacted them this morning, ( the 16th of July 2025) , only to learn that they issued me a gift card for the amount that I spend? WTH?? 😳😳 This is rediculous! How do we go from “your order is on its way” to issue me a e-gift card without informing me about the problem or status of my order nor apologizing for the inconvenience? At the end of the day I do not have my items in time for my vacation! 😡😡😡And now Fashion Nova is forcing me to accept a gif card when they should issue me back my hard earned cash for my order!!! This is a trashy company and I will never purchase anything from them again!! As a customer I did not do anything wrong! I did not change my mind about the order, I didn’t wanted to sent items back, none of that! I SIMPLY DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER!!! 😡😡😡 If you as a company did not deliver what I paid for, YOU SHOULD ISSUE A FULL REFUND, WITHOUT PROBLEMS! I WANT MY CASH BACK TO THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD I ISED TO PURCHASE THESE ITEMS! I’m waiting to hear from somebody so I can get my money...

I ordered my package on October 15th ( order# 82376722) I have yet to receive any updated information. The last update was on the 17th and today is the 28th . I needed that package for this week and unfortunately I will not be able to make my events. I am so hurt . This is the first time this had happened to me when dealing with fashionnova. My first delivery date was October 20th but It has been saying TBD for the last 11 days. I am so furious. I need my package . I have reached out to fed ex and usps and everything points back to Fashionnova not handling my package correctly. I have emailed , dm and called fashionnova but there are no answers for me . The “help center” isnt much help at all !!!!! Its been at this location for 11 days !!!! I am a regular customer and I spend a lot of money here I would hate to have to go somewhere else because of this. This last package was worth almost $400 !!!! What am I supposed to do ?

Update : Today makes the 12th day my items have been sitting in your warehouse…. No update ! Why is this ???? Please...
